How does Coaching help?
The premise of coaching is that every human being harbours a dream and imbibes the capability to realize the dream.
The Coach inspires you to get up and get going. Like the metaphor of the story of a strayed horse, the coach takes you on a path, but you choose your direction and move on. The coach keeps you on the right path, but you make your choices of pace and actions. The coach holds you accountable to keep moving. The intent is to empower you so you can untap your potential, get unstuck and moving, and adopt appropriate tactics in business and in life.
The Coach prods you with questions to uncover possibilities. You harness your own resources and dig your goldmine of knowledge for answers. The coach listens, and offers explanations and perspectives. You are in the driver's seat, and have complete responsibility to steer your vehicle of life and your business in the direction of your aspirations.
