Welcome
and thanks for taking the time to find out a little bit
about me.
My name
is Anil K. Agrawal. I am an independent
Mentor working with business owners, managers, sales people,
professionals, and other self-employed people. My clear
intent is to help them make a difference in their endeavor.
In working
with my clients (protégés), I am focused on
my client's needs and interest while remaining neutral to
their choices. I promote thinking by asking questions and
giving constructive feedback.
Typically,
I won't offer solutions, but instigate clients to visualize,
and work towards their desired solution state. What
I do is provide a different perspective to their issues,
problems, opportunities, and dreams and desires.
My role
is to act as a catalyst to bolster their own ability to
create solutions, make choices, and improve results —
in reality, to increase their personal effectiveness.
My
background
I have
over 35 years of professional and business experience in
working as an engineer, software designer and developer,
data processing consultant, functional, project and business
manager, trainer, and an entrepreneur. During my 15 entrepreneurial
years, I have created and run my own businesses, rendered
consulting, coaching and mentoring service to clients and
colleagues, and delved into Internet businesses.
Currently,
I am retired from the regular corporate and business careers,
and am engaged in business mentoring service.
