with an eLearning venture dring 1999-2000 and currently
promoting an online educational package of services
for personal development and productivity improvement. |

consulted with training companies in Calgary and Ottawa
to help them with operational review, strategic planning,
problem solving and other issues; he also served a
4-month consulting assignment for Executrain Canada—a
training company aspiring to go national—to
articulate the company vision, integrate three separate
companies into a national framework, and introduce
company-wide processes and communications. |

He launched and built-up a technology training venture
— NetVision Inc— pioneered the end-user
empowerment program—training them in new and
emerging technologies to be able to operate and manage
technologies in the workplace; Anil led the market
with training and mentoring packages for industry
certifications (Novell, Microsoft and Lotus), and
prepared non-technical people for new employment avenues;
he designed and delivered a pioneer re-training program
to Human Resources Canada to re-train and groom over
130 unemployed people to rehabilitate them in new
